Hydraulic impact crusher

Based on our rich experience from the site, Shanghai PYM has developed the new generation of high-efficiency hydraulic impact crusher. it is also called European impact crusher. It adopt the automated hydraulic jacking device which make checks and maintenance easier and reduces labor costs. 

Hydraulic Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush the materials. The rotor rotates at a high speed under the driving force of motor. The materials entering from the inlet impacts the plate hammer on the rotor and would be crushed under the high-speed impact of the plate hammer. The crushed materials would be thrown back to the liner plate for crushing again. Finally, the materials are discharged from the outlet of PF Impact Crusher.

5.Low and wide feeding inlet opening is convenient for feeding large material and assembly of line.

8.An even-shaped plate design discharges smaller sized, cubic shaped, and crackfree material.
